Alliance Bank Online Dues Payments
The online payment site is owned and operated by Alliance Bank. Property Management Services, Inc does not operate the online payment site and can not make any changes to any account, payment amounts, due dates, etc (Owners are responsible for cancelling any recurring payment upon sell of home). Any Association dues increase will need to be changed by the individual that created the account. Please bookmark the above link for future use.
Please note, online payments do not post to your account until the payment processing is completed, which can take 2-3 business days.

Recurring Dues Payments
Tired of writing a check each month to pay your dues? PMSI is now offering in house recurring payments. Download, fill out, and return the dues withdrawal application to the offices of PMSI to get this process started.

Design Review
All exterior modifications, changes, additions, etc.., require design review approval by your Board of Directors prior to any work beginning. Download your Horseshoe Heights Design Review Form, fill it out, and return it to the offices of PMSI to get the design review process started.
