Western Alliance Bank Online Dues Payments
The online payment site is owned and operated by Western Alliance Bank. Property Management Services, Inc does not operate the online payment site and can not make any changes to any account, payment amounts, due dates, etc (Owners are responsible for cancelling any recurring payment upon sell of home). Any Association dues increase will need to be changed by the individual that created the account. Please bookmark the above link for future use.
Please note, online payments do not post to your account until the payment processing is completed, which can take 2-3 business days.

Recurring Dues Payments
Tired of writing a check each month to pay your dues? PMSI is now offering in house recurring payments. Download, fill out, and return the dues withdrawal application to the offices of PMSI to get this process started.
Design Review
Do you need to make any exterior modifications, changes, or additions? If so, you will need to get design review approval prior to the modification work beginning. Just download and fill out your Delong Lake Villas Design Review Form, and then return it to the PMSI offices to get the process started on your modifications.

Dock Policy Comments
Delong Lake Villas has 35 units and only so much dock space. The Board will be discussing updating the dock policy to try to address the following: Boats being moored at the dock, Fair mooring of boats at the dock, Mooring lottery, Mooring fee, Other ideas. Community input regarding this matter is important. If you are unable to attend the next meeting, please submit your comments or ideas no later than March 11, 2026.
