Holiday office closures are posted below. If you are here to find out information about your Homeowners’ Association, click on the Associations tab at the top of this page. After that, scroll through the list and find your Association’s name, click on it, and you will be sent to your Associations’ page. Important Information: 

  1. The following HOA’S require an as-built survey at the time of order:
  • Potter Creek: As-built must be current with property.
  • Southpark Terrace: As-built must be dated within one year.
  • Parkview Terrace East: As-built must be dated within one year.

  1. Once the order, payment and as-built (if required) are received the ten days we have to return the certificate and supporting documents will begin.
  1. The Certificate and supporting documents will be sent via email through a secure file transfer site (Transfer Now).
  1. As-built Requirement: This is a HOA specific requirement. We cannot waive this requirement. An HOA will also not waive its requirement. One must be supplied as outlined. Once you have paid and placed your order, please email a copy of the as-built to info@pmsialaska.com. The 10-day timeline does not start until we receive ALL information for the order (payment and as-built).

PMSI Dues Withdrawal Program

Before submitting your application to the offices of PMSI for the purpose of automatic dues payments, please cancel any and all recurring dues payments you may have currently scheduled. PMSI is now offering in house automatic dues withdrawal, Our offices will automatically adjust the amount paid as needed upon approval of changes to your dues assessments. Download and complete the dues withdrawal application and return it to the offices of PMSI.

Alliance Bank Online Dues Payments

The online payment site is owned and operated by Alliance Bank. Property Management Services, Inc does not operate the online payment site and can not make any changes to any account, payment amounts, due dates, etc (Owners are responsible for cancelling any recurring payment upon sell of home). Any Association dues increase will need to be changed by the individual that created the account. Please bookmark the above link for future use.

Please note, online payments do not post to your account until the payment processing is completed, which can take 2-3 business days.

REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION POLICY
It is the policy of the Association to reasonably accommodate an owner, resident or tenant with a qualified disability under the law. In certain situations, reasonable accommodation may include waving or varying the Association’s rules or policies to accommodate an individual with a disability. An accommodation will be made when a qualified individual with a disability requests a reasonable accommodation of the disability and the accommodation can be made without creating an undue hardship on the Association. The Association has a procedure for requesting a reasonable accommodation of a disability. If you believe you have a disability and would like to request that a reasonable accommodation be provided to you by the Association, please contact the property manager.
